The Preserve at La Ballena is truly an undiscovered expanse of Western Pacific land. History has proved to us that Native Indians, most likely the Guaycuras or the Cochimies, ventured into what is now The Preserve. With 13,000 pristine acres of semi-arid desert, lush valleys, mesas and 2 miles of virgin beaches gives this unique Western Pacific expanse it’s desire for development. The developers looked to MM-sf to help tell this unique story and give the landscape/resort an identity. This specific area is known as a pathway for the whale migration during the fall months which became the basis of our concept. This project is still in development.
