MM-sf works with Tahoe Mountain Resorts to bring consistency and discipline to its corporate communications, which reflect the company’s ideal of integrating unique lifestyle opportunities with human warmth and natural beauty. We came up with the campaign “Welcome to Your New backyard” as a common thread to carry thoughout all of their touchpoints. We pitched the idea of a project book which details a day in the life of one living at the Northstar Lodge during both the summer and winter seasons. It included all of the amenities, floorplans and other Hyatt Residences you would become a part of if you purchased. This book was sent to prospective buyers as a personal leather bound gift.
