MM was approached by Adobe to prototype their newest web-based software Catalyst by bringing a client to the table to create a website. Instead of finding a client, we set out to create our own client by founding Summit - a 9 day intensive program geared towards positively enriching students into a world perspective through design. The first program focused on Dutch design. We had several design students apply for the 5 slots and created a jury of amazing Bay Area designers to assist in the selection. The experience was a massive success; 5 design students, 5 Dutch design bureaus, 2 major cities in The Netherlands & inspiration to last a lifetime.
